1. Booking & Payment

- **Cancellations**: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- **No-Shows**: If you do not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and charges may apply.
- **Refunds**: Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method within a reasonable period.
